The secret sauce: Team Members who care
Chick-fil-A Team Members care about the work they’re doing and find it to be meaningful beyond just serving a great Chicken Sandwich. Explore some of the many reasons why they think it’s awesome to work at Chick-fil-A (besides the Chicken Sandwich, of course!).
“When I started working at Chick-fil-A just short of two years ago, I didn’t realize it was going to impact me as much as it has. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside such quality, genuine people. My bosses, Erik and Suz, have created a second home for me and I am blessed to be apart of their chicken fam! As the hospitality lead, I am able to give our guests the quality service they deserve and make sure they leave more than satisfied! All in all, I am so thankful for Chick-fil-A! ”
I love working at Chick-fil-A because I love serving people. My career as a pastor was spent helping and serving others. My wife and I were dining at Chick-fil-A one afternoon when our order was delivered incorrectly. I spoke to a very nice team member at the counter. The owner, Erik, not only corrected the issue, but went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. It impressed me so much I thought, “This is a place where I would like to work.” The rest, as they say, is history.
Dining Room Captain
